The first COVID19 wedding of the year for me and I have to say I wasn’t sure what to expect but things went very well. This Iraqi wedding was the first one that had the groom Youssef & bride Sarah still decide to go ahead with even during the Corona Virus because their love for each other meant more and they just wanted to be with each other no matter what and I really salute that.
Even though the wedding only had 46 people but they enjoyed themselves quite a lot. The evening only lasted till about 11:15pm because of the COVID-19 wedding event limitations which meant I had less time to make people dance but it worked out better in some ways since I played only the best of the best of songs and had everyone dancing all night.
I managed to play some very new tunes including Mohamed Al-Salem & Ali Jassim & Mustafa Al-Abdullah – Yoma Alshook which had come out on Youtube just a few hours before this wedding (yes DJ Eddie really brings you the latest & greatest songs) and you can hear it in one of those videos below from the event. I’ll let the rest of the photos/videos speak for the night and a note to everyone to be safe (social distance whenever possible).

Congratulations Karam & Lydia and all my best goes to you both. God bless you.
